Peptides Changed Everything, But THIS Is What Healed Me...
while peptides have healed my body, this is what's healing me on far deeper levels (and what can heal you too!)
I’m sitting in West Hollywood with Jonathan right now, having a little date day in the city doing what we do best: working side by side. Lol, but really—we both love what we do so much, it’s hard to pry us away from it. When we get to sneak away and spend time together while we’re both working, it’s the literal best.
And here’s what I’m thinking about while I overlook the gorgeous LA skyline and sip on my black iced tea with stevia (iykyk, it’s an addiction), while I wait for our delish tuna poke bowl to come to the table:
I FEEL SO DAMN GOOD.
Like… really good. & I actually, first the first time in my adult life, have energy!
The kind of energy that comes from deep within.
I can think and breathe and feel motivated again. I can eat without my stomach immediately being in pain (first time in years, maybe forever?), I’m not bloated, my skin isn’t inflamed, my rashes are healing, my normally searing joint pain has quelled to a low roar (can’t wait for it to fully go away), my anxiety is releasing more and more by the minute, I am not obsessing over random shit, I’ve lost 15 pounds which feels incredible, and overall, I just feel comfortable and vital in my body again.
Not to mention, I’m sleeping well, craving the foods that actually make me feel good, and am able to get through a long day working & mom-ing and have energy leftover for hot yoga, pilates, hikes, girls dinners, date nights, nightly family stroller walks, all the things.
And while the peptides I’m taking have radically enhanced my life, my health, and how I feel on a daily basis—and are the first medical protocol that has ever genuinely worked for me—they are not the end-all-be-all.
I would be remiss if I didn’t say that I did so much healing work before I came across them, and because of the healing work I did pre-peptides, the peptides themselves have been able to work like little miracles for me.
If I didn’t do these other things before trying peptides, or even during, because health, mindset shifts and healing are a daily choice, I don’t believe the peptides would have worked in the same way or brought me the same results that they have been so far.
