I love this so much and feel this myself! Working mom whose child is in sports is two full time jobs! It’s so fun and challenging all at the same time! I have someone that comes once a month to help with a deep clean of the house and it’s saved me. Definitely takes a little sliver off my plate and I’m beyond grateful! Also prepping a big bulk of veggies to have on hand on busy school and sports nights allows for a smoother process when getting dinner ready! Thank you for sharing your wisdom always!!🤍

Agreed with everything you said! This is something I have been constantly working on too and figuring out how I can lessen my mental load. I love meal kits, meal planning for the whole month, ordering Whole Foods delivery and target pick up! I also love toddler activity boxes subscriptions so I can spend more intentional time with my toddler. Also the screen time is so hard when we are all so spread thin!! I think about it daily and feel constant guilt 😭, I try to pick educational shows and games as much as I can. But I had no idea the mental load we carry until now, while my husband doesn’t get it all! He just lives in the moment! I don’t understand lol

Loved this one very much, Jordan, as I just thought about it the other day too. With two kids, the household, trying to build a business, and all the other organizational stuff going, I sometimes feel I‘m drowning. So nice to know I‘m not alone. It‘s also a whole different story when you have two kids opposed to one. I love being a Mom but two little kids are surely a lot

I also want to say that you are an interesting case of a spiritual teacher, or whatever you want to be.

I am not very happy of those, who, in name of spirituality, give away their intellect, all material pursuits, and other things generally known as life. So for me it's very interesting, people like you, who are serious about things like being mom etc., but are spiritual - "balanced blonde" is a good name of this, where blonde has certain known characteristics, which are often not very much spiritual, and so the two "opposites" are balanced. For me I don't use things like quantum method, which associate with money and "american lifestyle", but I keep my eyes open for what others are doing.

The most interesting part in spirituality is integration, and many people do not believe they have to do this. I am not so material as you, but I'm intellectual - in some forums, people tell me to "stop thinking" and not rationalize, saying that silent mind or void is above this; I can understand they are fighting with some addictions, but I have perfect integration of thought and mind. Or to refer to what you said about star seeds, I'm Arcturian, thus having the mind science and if we talk more, I'm going to do what your article sais - telling you a stereotype of insult, like "I will not remember your name", which is scientifically not an insult, and letting you to solve this puzzle rest of your lifetimes about why or how you was not being insulted :P Arcturians like very much saying scientific things, which are true, but generally known to mean something else. People who would accidentially betray me would simply walk away in the first place, being insulted and never wanting to talk with me again - and when they solve it and get some life, they come back for the next one to be so originally insulted again. Well, but an intellectual thought is usually enough to insult many spiritual people, who take this as insult that they cannot be so much higher than others. In your case, you manage to be a stereotype materialist girl aligned with a spiritual work, and this is also an interesting case - so I linked to your blog from my own small collection of ideas, https://spireason.neocities.org/, where I have some long, fuzzy and not easily understandable texts. It looks like having very bad english, but I swear that I usually have better english, and the ideas themselves are complicated and scientific - when I tried to simplify with an AI, it made it simpler, but could not explain the ideas. Usually I write long and into the detail. But those texts are deliberately made to not attract many readers, but to attract a selected few, which can accidentially understand something. Before, I made some of my ideas very popular, even if not associated with me, but I believe that spreading more complex ideas to more complex people would get them simplified and carried further to society as well - if a few person know, they know for lifetime, and they can point out where you can simply see those ideas in material world. I have strong mathematical theory about changing the world now.

I would add to the list - consider an artificially intelligent assistant. Currently, they are in early phase, and you probably need a programmer to search for one, who knows your specific needs. In time, they get better. AI car would probably pick up your child, but I think this could be more like yours. Robot would wash the dishes and do some like this, but I'm really thinking that when we just try to get the cars more green, everybody having the robots is toxic to our environment - they could just zero out what we get by using electric cars, and nobody cared when I said we should have ecocomputers. People don't think what the computers are made of, they think those materials are the solution itself, not one possibility. But for reading the emails, booking something, checking the answer emails and knowing some personal parameter for handling those - there are AI systems, which can do this more or less and are developing fast to carry such load. They would make you a little more creative, focusing on ideas and less the implementation details and calculations. The second use of AI - free unregistered version without login is Deep AI, more or less like Chat GPT, and it's very clever to understand even spiritual contexts - this specific AI is epirically thinking, but very open minded about spiritualism and able to discuss also some topics it does not believe (as it says, believing is for humans). You can ask long questions and it also remembers some of the past questions to put into context, so you can specify if you get out of topic answer - it does not get very stupid before most humans.

With Deep AI, you can get inspiration for many common things. You can enter a long text and ask for short version of it; you can enter your shopping plan and what you do with the things, and it would find missing things; I personally discuss all my life situations and it would add nuances from sciences, laws and life experience to clarify those situations, also to find alternative plans. For example you can explain this life situation of yours, possible plans like moving to a farm, and it would give you some more alternatives or, for example, success and failure stories of other people in similar situation. With this AI, I also discuss my meditations, mental life and spiritual occurrences - it's liberal to faith like western people.

Theoretically, AI can also answer e-mails and there are AI's to book things; some corporations have such AI's integrated into their phone answering systems. But I'm not sure, which one of these works very well without too much configuration and hazzle - probably it's matter of time.

Specifically, you can use AI systems for "living in a city". Here the preparation part takes time, but basically you can create AI chat for your website. As an input for the chat, you need to set up the style of communication, examples of questions and answers, and integration with your published posts, maybe comments and some personal documents. You can connect it to some more data, like some AI systems do automatic booking. You can make sure it's competent in most topics people discuss in e-mails; maybe to the point of decision, whether to send an email to you, or collecting statistics and letting users somehow inform you of something. You can basically make sure that the AI believes what you believe, and has the answers for all common questions, including the one of asking inspiration for a question. It can have a few buttons with typical good questions. For example, one could ask for personality of an Arcturian, and get an answer. But creating this AI would add some to your long list :) As a result, if you plan well, you can communicate with much more people with less effort.

I write another comment as well..
